Somo Family Revocable Trust of San Diego has acquired a mixed-use retail and residential property in Imperial Beach for $3.3 million, according to brokerage firm Colliers International Group Inc.

The sellers of the 5,562-square-foot property, at 801-809 Seacoast Drive and 111-113 Daisy Ave., were Palmer Living Trust and Shelly Palmer of San Diego. The buyer was represented by Mike Hanna of Lee & Associates, and the sellers were represented by Colliers’ Joe Brady and Bill Shrader.

Brokers said the property includes four commercial suites and two residential units, all of which were fully leased at the time of sale.
