Incapta Inc. Names Music Exec to Its Board

Incapta Inc., a media holding company with a focus on mobile apps and video games, announced music executive Julian Boothe will join its board in January.

San Diego-based Incapta, formerly called TBC Global News Network until an October name change, has stakes in Stimulating Software, Inner Four and Play Celebrity Games. Those companies have put out more than 500 apps and games, according to Incapta.

Boothe is the founder of management company and record label Fast Life Entertainment Worldwide. He started his career working for rapper Luther Campbell of 2 Live Crew and later discovered and helped develop the career of artist Pitbull, Incapta said.
