Industrial properties recently changed hands in San Diego and Oceanside, including two Rancho Bernardo buildings purchased by Trademark Construction Co. for approximately $2.79 million.

The seller of the adjacent buildings at 15916 and 15920 Bernardo Center Drive, totaling 12,573 square feet at Rancho Pacifica Business Center, was AHNPAIK LLC of Poway. The buyer and seller were represented by David Harper of brokerage firm Colliers International.

A Colliers statement said Trademark, an Escondido-based general contractor, will occupy the 15916 building as a corporate office, and is in discussions with a tenant for the 15920 building, with representation by Colliers. The buildings were constructed in 1990, according to CoStar Group and public data.

In Oceanside, Legacy United Group LLC of Carlsbad, doing business as Nova Engineering, has purchased a 15,758-square-foot industrial building at 4120 Avenida del la Plata for $1.9 million. The seller was Jeffrey Adkins of Elk Grove, represented by Greg Pieratt of brokerage firm Lee & Associates.

The brokerage firm said the buyer plans to occupy the property as the regional headquarters for Nova Engineering. The property was built in 1987, according to CoStar, and recently underwent a partial renovation.
