Chula Vista Property Sells For $9.17 Million

Cova Management Inc. has purchased the 71-unit Burkhart Apartments in Chula Vista for approximately $9.17 million, according to brokerage company Marcus & Millichap Inc., which represented the buyer and seller.
The seller of the property at 1241 Fifth Ave. was Charles Kreutzkamp. The transaction was brokered by Marcus & Millichap’s Christopher Zorbas and Jorge Jimenez, with the company’s Chad O’Connor securing financing.
The property consists of six two-story buildings constructed on approximately 1.89 acres in 1986.
