Spy Inc., the Carlsbad company that makes sunglasses and goggles for the youth market, announced its fourth quarter financial results on March 5, reporting a comprehensive loss of $445,000 on net sales of $9.8 million. In the same quarter of 2013, the company reported a comprehensive loss of $1.25 million on net sales of $8.6 million.

For 2014 as a whole, Spy reported a comprehensive loss of $2 million on net sales of $38.1 million. The company’s comprehensive loss for 2013 was $2.8 million on net sales of $37.8 million.
