Lytx Inc., a driver safety and compliance systems company, has signed a full-fleet deployment agreement with Advanced Disposal, the largest privately owned environmental services company, Lytx said.
The agreement expands Advanced Disposal’s previous use of San Diego-based Lytx’s systems, covering the deployment of a video-based safety system in 2,800 vehicles.
“Driver safety is of critical importance in any industry, especially an industry like waste services that operates heavy vehicles in high-traffic areas,” said Brandon Nixon, CEO and chairman for Lytx.
Lytx aims to improve safety by combining video with predictive analytics, real-time driver feedback and coaching.
The company recently announced deals with Con-Way Freight and LifeLine Ambulance.
