Life sciences research and development firm AltheaDx is relocating its headquarters to a new campus-style facility in Torrey Pines.
The new site at Torrey Ridge Science Center, leased from Legacy Partners at 10578 Science Center Drive, is nearly 70,000 square feet and includes laboratory facilities, a cafeteria, fitness center and walking trails, according to CBRE Group Inc., which represented the landlord.
AltheaDx will relocate from its current Sorrento Valley headquarters in the first quarter of 2015. The company was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield Inc.
Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.
AltheaDx is focused on genetics-based research and development geared to therapeutic treatments and personalized medicine. Its clients and partners include health care organizations and pharmaceutical companies.
