Coco Montoya was the headline entertainer at the 10th Annual Starry, Starry Night gala held at Rancho Valencia Resort. The signature event for Voices for Children raised $1 million to benefit foster children in San Diego County. All funds raised will support the work of 800 Court Appointed Special Advocates for children in the foster care system, provide recruiting and training of volunteers, who then will be assigned to foster children to serve as advocates.
