The second phase of a three-phase renovation plan has been completed for the 70-year-old St. Joseph’s Catholic Cathedral in downtown San Diego. The $770,000 project included interior lighting in addition to exterior wood and concrete restorations to the building and bell tower, painting, and repairs to upper clerestory windows.
