The YWCA San Diego’s annual “In the Company of Women” luncheon is scheduled for April 20 at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina. Denise Brown, sister of the slain Nicole Brown Simpson and advocate against domestic violence, is scheduled to be the keynote speaker. Brown has made educating the public about domestic violence and improving the quality of life for women and children who have been victims her tireless commitment after her sister was killed in 1994. Komen for the Cure.
