Magnolia, a 40,919-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial building in El Cajon, for $5,830,000. Ken Ruppert and Kerry Schimpf of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer, Pacific Realty Advisors, as well as the seller, Burer Family Investments LP.

David Hultenius and Millicent Hultenius have purchased a 5,790-square-foot retail building at 4695 Palm Ave. in La Mesa for $1,650,000. The buyers as well as the seller, Grant Street Development, were represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer, Kyle Clark, Matt Davis and Matthew Carlson of Cushman & Wakefield.

Logan Property Management has bought a 5,955-square-foot, two-story building from Ronald Bedell for $1.7 million. The property is located at 1927 Adams Ave. in Normal Heights. Located on 24 acres at the Jefferson Street and Highway 111 intersection, the center was developed by San Diego-based SGPA Architecture and Planning. Souplantation signed a 20-year lease, Beverages & More Inc. signed a 10-year lease and Starbucks Corp. signed a five-year lease for 1,777 square feet of space.
