Penn LLC has purchased the William Penn Hotel in downtown San Diego from William Penn Hotel LLC for $7.5 million. Originally built in 1913, the five-story, 30,400-square-foot building features 18 one-bedroom apartments and 10,700 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Eric Comer and Jim Neil of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller. The buyer represented itself.

The 22,156-square-foot office building at 5816 Dryden Place in Carlsbad has been sold for $3,425,000. The buyer, Zinola LP, was represented by Brandon Keith of Commercial Realty Advisers. The seller, California Pegasus LLC, was represented by Paul Lafrenz, John Barksdale, Lars Eisenhauer and Shaunna Fick of CB Richard Ellis.

The seller, Cethron Inc., was represented by Matt Kelly and Tucker Hohenstein of Cushman & Wakefield. The buyer was represented by Marten Barry Jr. and Jim Hughes of NAI San Diego.
