Two buildings located in the 28-building GreyHawk Business Center in Carlsbad have sold for $3.5 million. Phil Salvagio purchased a 10,480-square-foot building located at 3250 Grey Hawk Court and Scott Fraser bought the 9,331-square-foot building at 3244 Grey Hawk Court.
