Executive Profile , Mike Ford

Somewhere between helping grow company revenues by more than 400 percent in four years and coaching his four children in sports, Mike Ford still finds time for fantasy football.

In fact, Ford and a co-worker wrote a book on the topic. “Pimping Rights” is his novel that describes the bond that he and fellow co-workers have created during the past 16 years playing fantasy football, while they’ve all gone on to head successful companies.

As regional vice president of RoseRyan, a financial management consulting company, Ford manages the local office and opened the Orange County practice in 2005.

Having started out with New York-based Deloitte Haskins & Sells, now Deloitte & Touche, Ford says he gives the accounting firm a lot of credit for his success.

“Being with a ‘Big A’ you receive an unbeatable upbringing, grooming for any type of business and working with people,” Ford said.
