Office space totaling 45,000 square feet has been sold at North Coast Business Park, located east of Interstate 5 on Encinitas Boulevard, for $17.5 million. The park itself is a 180,000-square-foot complex comprised of nine buildings. The three latest units that have closed were sold to: Hope Church, which purchased a 5,555-square-foot unit; Behnaz Vahed, who acquired an 873-square-foot unit; and K.C. Sage LLC, which bought 778 square feet of office space.
