San Diego-based IntelliDot Corp. announced March 12 that it closed $10 million in Series D financing.
IntelliDot, which develops technology to streamline health care operations, will use the funds to expand its bar-coding system into acute care hospitals throughout the country.
Patient information is stored in a bar code that the patient wears as a wristband, which can be quickly scanned by a device that reports all related documentation on the patient’s condition.
The round of financing was led by New York-based Psilos Group.
