Hotels sold year-to-date in San Diego County include: The 337-room Embassy Suites San Diego in downtown for $118 million; 259-room W Hotel San Diego in downtown's Marina District for $62 million; 422-room Hyatt Regency Islandia in Point Loma, $60.1 million; 335-room Embassy Suites La Jolla, $100.1 million; 284-room Marriott Del Mar on El Camino Real, $64 million; 264-room Sheraton Suites in downtown, $52.3 million; 202-room Mission Valley Resort on Hotel Circle, $38.5 million; and the 200-room Hilton Garden Inn in Rancho Bernardo, for $34.5 million.

The sale of the 1,044-room Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina near Lindbergh Field was also sold. However, its price is not known, since the April transaction was part of a $3.8 billion package that Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. acquired from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
