Total sales volume for detached homes in San Diego County totaled more than $850.4 million in November, dropping almost 33 percent from the previous year, and almost 14 percent from October.

That's the latest from the San Diego Association of Realtors. Some other tidbits:

- Attached homes sold in San Diego County totaled almost $264 million in November, down 38.6 percent from last year, and more than 20 percent compared with October.

- The median sales price for detached homes in November was $560,000, down more than 6.2 percent from last year, but up more than 2.7 percent from the previous month.

- The median sales price for attached homes in November was $350,000, down more than 10 percent from a year ago, and 5.4 percent from October.

Racking up the heftiest prices in the county for single-family detached homes was Rancho Santa Fe, at more than $2.7 million in November, down from more than $4.8 million in November 2005.

The price leader for attached homes was Coronado, with a median price of more than $1.1 million, up from $897,500 in November 2005.
