Sponsor News:

The Chairmen’s Roundtable, a San Diego-based nonprofit group that offers free advice and mentorships to area small businesses, welcomes a new sponsor this month.

The group, which pairs current and former executives with small-business owners, announced April 3 that Rancho Cucamonga-based Vineyard National Bancorp is the organization’s newest sponsor. Vineyard National Bancorp is a bank holding company with a full-service branch office in Mission Valley.

As a sponsor, Vineyard National Bancorp refers its banking clients to the group for mentorship pairing and the bank makes a monetary donation to the group, usually about $2,000, according to a group spokeswoman.

There are about two dozen Chairmen’s Roundtable sponsors, including banks, property builders, insurance brokers and communication specialists.
