Gafcon is the construction manager for the second of three phases for the Morro Hills and Arrowood Golf Course project, which will eventually have more than 600 houses on a golf course off of Vandegrift Boulevard in Oceanside, just south of Camp Pendleton.

Roel completed the 9,805-square-foot Fire Station No. 46 in Santaluz at 14556 Lazanja Drive in San Diego.

Tucker Sadler Noble Castro Architects designed the new master plan for the Bishop's School at 7607 La Jolla Blvd. in La Jolla. Construction for the first phase will begin in June. The master plan provides for improvements to the 17-building, 11-acre school over a 10- to 15-year period, including new buildings, such as a library.

Consultants: Project Design Consultants, GEM Engineering, Randall Lamb, Simon Wong Engineering, and Rudolph & Sletten.
