Taylor Frager Inc. is providing pre-construction services for the expansion of the White Sands La Jolla on 7 acres of oceanfront property in La Jolla. The project will add 45 independent living units and a 35-unit assisted living building over 250 parking spaces and a mechanical plant. Construction will begin in the fourth quarter of 2003.

Tucker Sadler Noble Castro Architects won the design contract from San Diego County for the 11,400-square-foot remodel and expansion of the nursery for the Polinsky Children's Center at 9400 Ruffin Court in Kearny Mesa. Construction will begin in September.
