TPT Global Tech Inc. said Nov. 7 that it recently completed its acquisition of San Diego Media Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquired company, San Diego Media, offers e-commerce solutions.
TPT describes itself as a technology and telecommunications media content hub that also provides business technology solutions. Shares of TPT trade over the counter. Their symbol is TPTW.
The acquisition “will enhance our ability to offer cloud services products in the United States and around the world,” said Stephen Thomas, TPT’s CEO, in a prepared statement.
Earlier this year TPT announced the acquisitions of Digithrive, Goodwin Global and Trucom Networks. In October, TPT announced the acquisition of K Telecom and Wireless, a Seattle-based cell phone distribution company.
