Franklin Wireless Corp. reported net income of $525,000 on net sales of $14.4 million during its second quarter, which ended Dec. 31.
The same quarter in 2015 brought net income of $617,000 on net sales of $20.2 million.
The Mira Mesa-based business reported its most recent financial results on Feb. 14. Franklin Wireless produces modems, routers and mobile hotspots, as well as hardware and software for machine-to-machine communications and the internet of things. The business has a majority stake in an R&D company in South Korea.
