San Diego-based Wireless Facilities, Inc., recently announced its acquisition of The Walter Group for $10.5 million in cash and stock.
Both companies are providers of management consulting and network development services to the wireless communications market.
The Walter Group has seven offices nationwide, while Wireless Facilities has spread to 26 countries since its inception in 1994. The deal is expected to close by the first quarter of this fiscal year.
