CarrAmerica Realty Corp. has acquired Chancellor Park, a Class A office property at 4510 and 4520 Executive Drive in San Diego, from Crescent Real Estate Funding VIII LP for $56 million.
Completed in 1989, Chancellor Park consists of two four-story buildings, totaling 195,733 square feet, and a three-story parking structure. Tenants include Biocom, EMN8 and Reynolds & Reynolds.
The listing brokers were Lynn La Chapelle and Bob Prendergast of Burnham Real Estate Services in San Diego.
