Essex Property Trust sold a 200-unit apartment community in El Cajon for $19.75 million to R & V; Management Corp., a San Diego-based investment firm.
The multifamily complex, Coral Gardens, is on 9 acres in the 400 block of E. Bradley Ave. The sale was announced Dec. 22.
John Chu, Alejandro Lombrozo and Ed Rosen of Cushman & Wakefield represented both the buyer and the seller.
Coral Gardens consists of one- and two-bedroom units.
