Howard Wisnia, who will lead the group, is a former U.S. patent examiner, who served as general counsel to the medical device company CyroGen, Inc. He earned his law degree from George Washington University.

James Conley, whose background is mechanical engineering, focuses on IP property disputes, patent prosecution and strategic counsel.

Noel Gillespie, with experience in electrical engineering, builds strategic national and international patent portfolios, and is involved in patent litigation, licensing and other IP matters.

Dave Koo, an expert in molecular and cell biology, concentrates on patent litigation and licensing.

Christopher Serra, experienced in computer science, deals with patent litigation and prosecution; while Les Anderson, with an electrical engineering background, prepares patent applications in the telecommunications and electrical arts, and manages the patent docket.

Each of them is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, and has supervised and conducted domestic and international patent prosecution.
