Benefits Survey Under Way
San Diego County companies are invited to participate in a local benefits survey conducted by the Eastridge Group, a local staffing company.
The survey would cover the range of benefits issues, from health care and vacation time to stock options and anniversary recognition.
The data would provide companies with information on how to attract and retain the best employees, said Kitty Egger, Eastridge’s manager.

To obtain a survey, call the Eastridge Group’s benefits hot line at 260-2158. Deadline for submitting the data is Dec. 3.
