Sweetwater Village Shopping Center in Spring Valley sold for $6.2 million. The 43,400-square-foot shopping center on the 3500 block of Sweetwater Springs Blvd. was sold by Westcore Properties entities Gladstone LLC and West Palm Blackpoint Associates LP to Attiq Investments LLC. The sale was announced Feb. 3.
Attiq, a food distributor, will occupy 28,000 square feet on site.
Pete Bethea, John Jennings and David Bradley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. Brad Ihde of USA Realty & Loans represented the buyer.
