The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center awarded San Diego-based Sentek Consulting a $5.2 million contract to plan and execute a maritime domain awareness prototype platform for the agency’s command, control, communications, computing and intelligence or C4I program office.
The contract covers three years of work. All work will be conducted in San Diego.
Sentek said it won the deal Nov. 17.
The maritime domain awareness initiative aims to collect, analyze, assess and disseminate intelligence in defending the United States from maritime threats.
