Two office buildings that comprise the Seaview Corporate Center in Sorrento Mesa have been filled to 100 percent occupancy, according to Brian Driscoll and Eric Northbrook of Colliers International, exclusive marketing representatives for the corporate center.
A recent string of 12 leases at the Class A office project at 10180-10190 Telesis Court total more than 200,000 square feet and have a combined value of more than $30 million.
Parexel International; WebSideStory; The Townsend Agency; Quintiles, Inc.; Dover Pacific Computing; Executrain Enterprises, Inc.; Senko Advanced Components; Stormix; Netnation Communications; Americas Job Network; Future.Trade On Line; and Come On In Caf & #233; are among the tenants that recently signed contacts with occupancy terms ranging from two to 10 years.
The Seaview Corporate Center is a development of Lennar Partners, a subsidiary of Miami-based LNR Property Corp., and The Muller Co., as development manager.
Lennar Partners is planning with Ninteman Construction Co. to complete a third office tower. The new building will consist of six stories and 122,798 square feet of office space. Groundbreaking for this third phase is set for later this month.
Completion of the entire four-building project totaling approximately 352,928 square feet is expected around April 2001.
Seaview Corporate Center amenities include a restaurant and caf & #233;, fitness and exercise facility, a 75-foot lap pool and a four-level parking structure.
