Patric Hendershott has been tapped to serve as visiting chairman in the real estate program of San Diego State University’s College of Business Administration.
Most recently, Hendershott served as chairman in property economics and finance at the University of Aberdeen’s School of Business in Scotland, and was a professor emeritus at Ohio State University.
Hendershott, 67, is a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research and has had visiting professorships at Stanford University, New York University, the University of Florida, University of Melbourne and Bond University in Australia.
He has consulted with such organizations as the World Bank, National Association of Realtors and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Hendershott earned his doctorate in economics from Purdue University.
