San Diego residents have few gripes about the level of city services they receive, according to a recently released survey by the city.
The survey conducted last year found 96 percent were satisfied with the overall level of services.
“This is the highest satisfaction rating we have received since we began the survey, and it gives me great pride in the dedicated men and women who serve our citizens well,” said San Diego City Manager Michael Uberuaga.
Among the city departments that received above 90 percent in satisfaction ratings were the city’s Web page; recycling and trash collection; fire service; library service; and parks and recreation facilities.
