San Pacifico Community Association in Carlsbad has selected the Walters Management Co. of San Diego to manage its 464-unit, master-planned development currently being offered for sale.
Joe Farinelli, president of the Walters Management Co., said Rhonda Goodall, the new development’s president, selected his company because she had worked with it in the past.
Dan Teter will be the Walters community association manager for the project, Farinelli said.
