The Law Offices of Gerald Bank has purchased three office condominiums in Demko Investment Corp.’s Columbia Court Office Suites for $1.23 million. The recently converted four-story office condominium located at 444 West C St. in downtown San Diego has 14 units remaining, ranging from 369 square feet to 3,539 square feet. Prices for units start at $239,850. Jennifer Gallivan and Ryan Jessee represented both buyer and seller.

Randall Lamb Associates, a San Diego consulting and engineering services firm, has purchased the 10,000-square-foot La Mesa commercial office project, located at 4757 4767 Palm Ave. in La Mesa, for $3.23 million. Home Accents Furniture Store purchased 2,875 square feet of retail space at 231 Grand Ave. in Escondido for $745,000. The seller, Catherine Paulos, was represented by Rick Marcus of McMillin Realty. Steve Crockett of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

Red Mountain Properties LLC has sold 40,000 square feet of industrial space to Quanta Services Inc. for $9.1 million. The property is located at 525 Corporate Drive in Escondido. Euro RSCG Direct Response LLC signed a seven-year, $5.7 million lease for 28,295 square feet of space on the third floor. Barbecues Galore Inc. will occupy 8,800 square feet of the building for five years. Its lease is valued at $1.8 million. Both companies are leasing from Newport National Corp.
