DJO’s corporate headquarters at 1430 Decision St. in Vista was bought by Bixby Land Co. for $31 million. The newly constructed, 111,639-square-foot, two-story building was sold by PRES-Vista LLC. Pacific Corporate Park, at 5870 and 5880 Pacific Center Blvd. in Sorrento Mesa, was sold by the Lichter Family Trust and Satterlee Family Trust to BioMed Realty Trust for $16.5 million. The two-building, two-story, 66,745-square-foot office and biomedical research project is leased to Artes Medical, which recently signed a five- year lease. The Max Firstenberg Weinstock Family Trust bought the 10,030-square-foot Ranch at Scripps Trail Center in Scripps Ranch, from Pacemaker LTD for $5,675,000. The retail center is across the street from the Scripps Ranch Swim & Racquet Club at 10295, 10297 and 10299 Scripps Trail. John Drummond and Greg Wagner of Capital Growth Properties represented the buyer. Steve Willmore, Tony Albin and Larry Essig of Colliers International represented the seller.

Ricardo’s Fresh Mex has leased 1,900 square feet of retail space at the Hall of Justice food court for $242,097. The property was leased for 60 months by Samada LLC. Both lessor and lessee were represented by Corinna Gattasso, Bill Shrader and Serena Patterson of Burnham Real Estate.

RBC Centura Bank has renewed its lease for 1,711 square feet of office space at 12520 High Bluff Drive, Suite 355, in San Diego. The property, leased for five years from Plaza Holdings Inc., is valued in excess of $300,000. Brian Klepacki of CB Richard Ellis represented RBC Centura Bank.
