Pacific Corporate Park, at 5870 and 5880 Pacific Center Blvd. in Sorrento Mesa, was sold by the Lichter Family Trust and Satterlee Family Trust to BioMed Realty Trust for $16.5 million. The two-building, two-story, 66,745-square-foot office and biomedical research project is leased to Artes Medical, which recently signed a five- year lease. The retail center is across the street from the Scripps Ranch Swim & Racquet Club at 10295, 10297 and 10299 Scripps Trail.
