Guilford H. Whitney Trust has purchased the Sorrento Plaza Retail Center, located at 9245 Scranton Road in Sorrento Valley for $7.1 million. The 11,901-square-foot property includes tenants such as Subway, Croutons, Rubio’s Baja Grill and others. Jeff Abramson, Tim Winslow and Mark Randall of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial represented the buyer. CB Richard Ellis also represented Sorrento Parcels LLC, the seller.

Dickinson/Franklin LP has sold Shiraz Partners LP 10,326 square feet of land, located at 104 Dickinson St. in Hillcrest for $1.9 million. The property currently has an apartment complex on it. Rob Miller and Brian Kilkenny of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Phillip Buckley of CB Richard Ellis.

Lavine, Lofgren, Morris & Engelberg LLP has leased 1,644 square feet of office space from The Realty Associates Fund VII LP for $277,858. The property, located at 4180 La Jolla Village Drive, is leased for 44 months. Bill Fleck, Scot Ginsburg and Tambra Martinez of The Staubach Co. represented the lessee. Mark Wayne and Steve Wolf of Cushman & Wakefield represented the lessor.

One Way Pressure Washer has bought 5,333 square feet of industrial space from Voit Development Co. for $826,615. The property is located at 943 Poinsettia Ave. in Vista. The buyer was represented by Adam Robinson of Lee & Associates. The seller was represented by Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial.

The 10,620-square-foot Convoy & Balboa Retail Center, located at 4488 Convoy St. in Kearny Mesa, has been sold to La Jolla Development Group for $3.9 million. The center is currently 100 percent leased to seven tenants, including Sunglass & Optical Warehouse, JP’s Bait and Tackle and PayDay Loan. The seller, Lebow Investment Co. was represented by Michael Roberts, Glenn Arnold and Steve Rowland of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial. The buyer represented itself.

Keller Williams Realty has signed a five-year lease for 6,090 square feet of office space at 13400 Sabre Springs Parkway in Rancho Bernardo for $1,142,000. Jeb Bakke and Scott Kincaid of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor, Diversified Properties. Leona Kline of Keller Williams Realty represented the lessee.
