Price RE San Diego LLC purchased the 103,000-square-foot Sorrento Ridge Corporate Center for $16 million. The office building is located at 7220 Trade St. in the Sorrento Mesa area of San Diego. CT Realty Corp. sold the building and 4.4 acres of land.

Both parties were represented by Randy LaChance of Voit Commercial’s San Diego office.

Martin Furniture bought property valued at $6.6 million in Otay Mesa. Martin Furniture purchased three lots on a total 11.2 acres from PCCP SG Kearny Otay LLC.

The buyer is planning on building a furniture distribution warehouse on the lots.

Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial’s Erik Parker and Darren Mullins represented the seller. Bob Mooney and Regan Tully, also of BRE, represented the buyer.

The Erikson Family Trust has sold a 17,000-square-foot office building for $3.1 million. The building, located at 5330 Carroll Canyon Road in Sorrento Mesa, was sold to Meissner Jacquet, a real estate management firm.

The buyer plans to hold the property as an investment.

Rock-Sea LLC has sold an industrial building to Ocean Dragon Investment Ltd. for $2.75 million. The building is located at 3544 Seagate Way in Oceanside.

The buyer plans to use the 15,294-square-foot building for industrial purposes.

The buyer was represented by Todd Davis of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial. Ronald King of Coldwell Banker represented the seller. DKJY Inc. bought a 9,400-square-foot Ocean Beach retail building for $2.4 million. The building was bought from partners Wahl Family LP and Busch-Wahl Holdings LLC.

The buyer operates Closet, a San Diego women’s clothing store. This location is the planned corporate office and largest store.

The building was bought from Tobiason Bros.

IBS Interprit Inc. signed a 60-month, $3 million lease for 24,574 square feet of office space. IBS leased the property from H.G. Fenton Co., the developers of Carlsbad Corporate Center II, located at 5860 El Camino Real.

Dennis Visser, Mark Emerick and Aric Starck of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial represented the lessor. Studley’s Brian Ffrench represented the lessee.

Meketa Investment Group has signed a 62-month, $1.65 million lease for 8,603 feet of office space located at Ocean Ridge at Carlsbad Ranch, 5796 Armada Drive, Suite 150.

The office space was leased from Palomar Lowe LLC.
