Salerno/Livingston Architects of San Diego has been selected to design a 1,000-space, mixed-use public parking and retail structure Downtown.
Dale Jenkins, project manager, said the development will be built on the south side of Market Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues.
In addition to eight floors of parking totaling 400,000 square feet in the building, there will be 5,500 square feet of ground floor retail space, he said.
