Wireless technology company Qualcomm Inc. said Aug. 13 that General Counsel and Executive Vice President Lou Lupin had resigned.
Carol Lam, the former U.S. attorney who joined the company in February, will temporarily replace him until a new general counsel can be found. Lupin had been Qualcomm’s general counsel since 2000.
Qualcomm trades on the Nasdaq under the symbol QCOM. Shares stood at $38.78 during midday trading Aug. 13.
