The San Diego Regional Economic Development Corp. announced several changes to its board of directors recently. Appointed as ex-officio members are Supervisor Dianne Jacob taking over the county seat; port Chairman Paul Speer taking over the seat for the San Diego Unified Port District; Paul Stannard taking over the seat held for the San Diego Software and Internet Council; and Miguel Vellasco Bustamante for the seat reserved for the Tijuana Economic Development Corp.
