Tuyen Huynh and Thanh Du Nguyen, doing business as Loving Hut restaurant, leased 1,750 square feet of retail space located at 1905 El Cajon Boulevard in San Diego. The five-year lease is valued at $248,000.

Matt Shope of CB Richard Ellis re & #173;pre & #173;sented the lessor, McEwen Otay LLC/MP McEwen I LLC. Crystal Lee of American Real Estate Group represented the lessee, Loving Hut.

Several leases recently signed at Sorrento Heights Corporate Center, located at 10509 Vista Sorrento Parkway in Sorrento Mesa, brings the 78,000-square-foot office building to 100 percent occupancy.

Lee & Associates signed a 60-month lease for 4,000 square feet of office space. Carl Warren & Co. signed a 65-month lease for 4,000 square feet of space. Del Mar Datatrac signed a 39-month lease for 10,370 square feet. Debra Chew signed a 12-month lease for 1,340 square feet. The Retirement Group signed a 40-month lease for 2,920 square feet.

The five leases total 22,700 square feet with combined consideration of ap & #173;proxi & #173;mately $2 million.

Mike Hoeck and Ryan Egli of CB Richard Ellis represented Sorrento Heights Corporate Center. Representation for the lessees was not disclosed.

Comstruct leased 3,216 square feet of warehouse space at 7945 Dunbrook Road in Mira Mesa. The three-year lease is valued at $110,000.

GameStop leased 2,200 square feet of retail space at 3425 Murphy Canyon Road in Kearny Mesa. The five-year lease is valued at $396,000.

Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA has signed a five-year, $2.4 million lease for 27,000 square feet of research and development space at Cornerstone Heights Corporate Center located at 5959 Cornerstone Court W. in Sorrento Mesa.

The lessee was represented by Eric A. Northbrook, Chris Sinfield and Christopher P. High of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor, TA Associates, was represented by Brett Ward and Brad Tecca of Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial.

The Jayne Hancock Group, a marketing and public relations agency, has signed a four-year, $1.2 million sublease for 11,883 square feet of office space at 9707 Waples St. in Sorrento Valley.

The sublessor, Hunsaker & Associates San Diego, was represented by Christopher P. High and Sean W. Williams of Cushman & Wakefield. The Jayne Hancock Group was represented by Craig Knox of Irving Hughes.

The YMCA of San Diego County has renewed its lease on 9,000 square feet of retail space in Hazard Center, located at 7610 Hazard Center Drive in Mission Valley, from 7510 Hazard Center LLC. The property was renewed for 60 months at $985,000.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by John Jennings and Aaron Hill of Cushman & Wakefield.
