Park Near the Park
Robert Lawrence (left), president of RS Lawrence Development Inc., and Richard Bloch and Will Cureton (right), co-owners of CLB Partners, Ltd. of Dallas, the joint venture development partners of Sixth & Laurel, LLC, celebrated the construction of Park Laurel on the Prado during a luncheon May 8 in Balboa Park across the street from the project. Construction began in March on the $120 million, 94-unit luxury condominium project on the block bordered by Laurel and Maple Streets, between Fifth and Sixth avenues.
