With British Firm
Locally based Ontro, Inc., recently announced a new license agreement in which an England-based company will manufacture Ontro’s self-heating containers in Europe.
Financial terms of the deal with RPC Containers Ltd. of Corby, England, were not disclosed.
The deal’s terms include RPC’s European rights and royalty payments to Ontro based on container sales.

RPC produces containers for food and beverage companies in Europe. Its U.S. customers include Heinz and Procter & Gamble.
