JobSummit.com of San Diego has agreed to be acquired by Jobing.com LLC of Phoenix for an undisclosed price.
Both companies provide employment and job listings online, as well as job fairs. JobSummit.com is one of the largest Web sites of its kind in Southern California.
The acquisition is expected to be finalized within a week. Jobing.com plans to retain all 15 of JobSummit.com’s staff members and to add 15 more.
At present, Jobing.com serves markets in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico and Rhode Island.
