A 12-unit apartment property in Normal Heights sold for $1.32 million. The sale was announced Feb. 24.
James Purdy purchased the two-story property with both one- and two-bedroom units on Boundary Street north of Meade Avenue. The seller was L-20, a limited liability corporation.
Rita Lancaster-Hannah of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer. Terry Taylor of ACI Commercial represented the seller.
