Re: City caught violating the Brown Act.
The voters are the only ones being left out.
The city attorney complains that if the ruling stands, the City Council would lose leverage dealing with the Padres if their negotiations have to be made public.
I guess he means if we voters knew how the City Council was selling us down the river?
After all, the Padres apparently had Valerie Stallings to tell them everything that happened behind those closed doors.
