Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear, a prominent intellectual property law firm in San Diego, took the brass ring in an international survey.
The poll, conducted by Euromoney’s Managing Intellectual Property magazine, ranked Knobbe Martens the top IP law firm based in the western United States in both litigation and prosecution in the trademark and copyright specialties.
Nationally, the Orange County-based firm tied for second in the trademark/copyright prosecution category, as well as in the trademark/copyright litigation category. The firm also tied for second in the patent prosecution category, and tied for third in the patent litigation category.
The survey results were compiled from nominations submitted by nearly 4,000 IP practitioners worldwide.
In February, the magazine named the firm as the leader in patent law, among firms based in the West.
Knobbe Martens also has offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Luis Obispo.
