Kratos Subsidiary Gets State Government Work Worth $6.8M

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions said Jan. 6 that its Haverstick division received a five-year, $6.8 million contract with the state of Indiana Family and Social Services Administration.

The company will work with Curam, an Irish software maker, to update the state’s case management system. The goal is to consolidate several case management systems into one.

Kratos bought Indianapolis-based Haverstick in January 2008.

Kratos trades on Nasdaq as KTOS. At midday Jan. 6, shares were trading at $1.30, up 4 cents from their closing price of Jan. 5.
