Three leases valued at $1.9 million were signed in the Brown Field Distribution Facility, a 67,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial project, on Otay Mesa Road in the Otay Mesa area of San Diego. The announcement was made March 23.
The project, completed by Hamann Cos. in March, was 83 percent pre-leased upon its completion.
The new tenants include National Auto Parts, a wholesaler of auto body parts; Gelesa May, S.A. de C.V., a wholesale distributor of general merchandise; and Brokerage & Logistics Solutions, Inc., a company specializing in customs brokerage and freight forwarding.
National Auto Parts signed a 36-month, $323,869 lease for 13,350 square feet of industrial space at 7702 St. Andrews Ave., Suites 109-112.
Gelesa May signed a 36-month, $150,168 lease for 6,048 square feet of industrial space at 7702 St. Andrews Ave., Suite 108.
Brokerage & Logistics Solutions signed a 60-month, $1.4 million lease for 36,781 square feet of industrial space at 1659 Gailes Blvd., Suite 101, and 7702 St. Andrews Ave., Suite 102.
Charles Adolphe and Ryan Spradling of San Diego-based Burnham Real Estate represented the lessor, Brownfield Business Park LP, as well as the third lessee, Gelesa May. Ben Anderson of Voit Commercial represented the first lessee, Brokerage & Logistics Solutions, Inc. Bo Gibbons of ECP Commercial represented the second lessee, National Auto Parts.
